The Laurelton project (the “Project”) is a master planned community on land currently owned by Governors Park Property Holdings, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Landowner” or the “Master Developer”). The Master Developer may create a Master Declaration that will govern the entire Project and has created Community Development Districts (“CDD”) described in further detail below. Portions of the Project will be sold to and developed by third party developers or homebuilders (individually or collectively the “Developers” or “Developer” as is required in context). Once a Developer has purchased a portion of the Project, if you have already shared your contact information through this website, it may be shared with the Developer who may contact you with more information regarding the Project. Any purchase that you make will be between you and the Developer and not the Master Developer.
BTI Governors Developer, LLC (the “Consultant”), an affiliate of BTI Partners, LLC, is acting as a development consultant for the Landowner and owns this website. Neither BTI Partners LLC nor any of its affiliates, including but not limited to the Consultant, are the Landowner or the developer of Laurelton. Governors Park South Community Development District and Governors Park North Community Development District (“Districts”) were established at the request of the Landowner to facilitate the financing and construction of the public infrastructure necessary to develop the community. The Districts are independent, special-purpose units of local government under Florida law, and completely separate and distinct entities from the Landowner and Consultant and their affiliates. Employees of the Consultant and its affiliates serve as the board of supervisors of the Districts as permitted by Chapter 190, Florida Statutes.
